    First run after taking a break for a week. Five miles.

    Hopefully these instructions will help you:
    1) Go to tickerfactory.com
    2) Under WeightLoss/Fitness you will see Exercise & Fitness ticker - click on that link
    3) Select a ticker ruler. Click in the circle and and click Next
    You will see More Designs on the bottom so pick one you like.
    4) Select a ticket slider - an item that will move along your ruler
    Click in the circle and and click Next
    5) Next Configure Your Exercise Ticker - You need to
    a) Create a password b) Units - I used Miles c) How far you have gone d) Goal e) Message on your rule - Mine says MYAC
    November Challenge and click Next and you will see your ticker
    6) Under your ticker you will see a bbCode:
    Highlight it with your mouse and right click and select copy. When you go to MFP reply to the group and then right click and select Paste.

    Hope you join us! And you don't need a ticker, just post how you are doing....

  • miles for Friday 11/2 6 miles
    .5 elliptical and 5.5 on bike

    none for Saturday-shopping and having fun with friend but nothing tracked

    Sunday--the day has just begun---lets see what happens.
  • Ok, I am new here, but sounds like fun. I am not sure how I keep track? Or how i report it to you..........but i will try, I will do 75 miles.

  • Walked 1.44 miles and rode the stationary bike for 8 miles for a total of 9.44 miles this afternoon.

  • I'm back, folks! Although I was out of town for a few days on business, I am proud to write that I have exercised every day in this new month. November also marks my first running race, a 5K, on the 17th.

    I look forward to tracking everyone's progress this month. Good luck, everyone!
