First run after taking a break for a week. Five miles.

Hopefully these instructions will help you:
1) Go to tickerfactory.com
2) Under WeightLoss/Fitness you will see Exercise & Fitness ticker - click on that link
3) Select a ticker ruler. Click in the circle and and click Next
You will see More Designs on the bottom so pick one you like.
4) Select a ticket slider - an item that will move along your ruler
Click in the circle and and click Next
5) Next Configure Your Exercise Ticker - You need to
a) Create a password b) Units - I used Miles c) How far you have gone d) Goal e) Message on your rule - Mine says MYAC
November Challenge and click Next and you will see your ticker
6) Under your ticker you will see a bbCode:
Highlight it with your mouse and right click and select copy. When you go to MFP reply to the group and then right click and select Paste.
Hope you join us! And you don't need a ticker, just post how you are doing....0 -
