  • Exercise goal was set for 45 minutes a day, so far I've beaten it by 15 minutes and its only 12:15. Was told if I keep up with what I'm doing I could be almost half my goal weight in about 5 weeks.

I got up and just 'felt' smaller. That is the strangest but oh-so-good feeling! Also, this weekend, I had to keep pulling up a pair of size 10 jeans, when this time last year I was wearing a tight pair of 16's! :)

Oh, and I bought a bag of Dove Chocolates on October 8th, and there are still some left! (I let myself have 1 a day) Which, is not only a NSV, but an out-right mircale considering how much I LOVE chocolate!

    OOh i do that too.
Hubby got a box of chocs when he leeft his old job. He doesn't do alcohol so they were all mine.
I still have 2 in the fridge.
He left his job in June......

Dove valentines 2012 still in the fridge ,,, only real regret I have for starting MFP 2/27/12

My boyfriend and I compete in the gym. We use percentage of body weight because if we used flat out weight he'd always win since he's twice my size.

I can out lift him in almost all categories, but my favorite is that I can out dead lift him by 25%.

Wearing a pair of size 12 jeans today from Old Navy, and they are not even skin tight. They are comfortable and I can breathe. I started at a size 18 or 20 pants from only the plus size stores.

Today I am wearing the jeans that used to fit me the tightest, and they are so loose that I should have worn a belt!

Me too! I still have a pair of 18's in the closet as a reminder of how far I have come. Bought 3 new pairs of 12's this past weekend and can't wait to trade them in for 10's!

An acquaintance I haven't seen since August 1st ---> "Oh, I see you stayed skinny."
Me---> "Well, I'm working on getting muscular."
Her ---> "Oh, just stop. Why don't you go over there (points to table full of food at a party) and eat something!"

She mumbles to my sister in law about how she "Does everything right and ...keeps gaining weight." Except that she has a beer in her hand, and nearly every time I see her is drinking something sugary or alcholic. :)
    Shrug. That was fun.

I upped all of my weights today during my lift!

I am continuing to lose weight and get fit.

I've gotten a bunch of compliments on my outfit today.

Started tracking again today after a 2 month hiatus. Weirdly, people keep saying "you look like you've lost weight", but I know I've gained a few back during hiatus. (shrug) I'll take it!

The boots I bought at the end of last winter that were too tight on my calves are officially falling down and need to be constantly pulled up...and I'm not complaining!

34DD is such a difficult size! They never carry it except at like VS. My roommate is always complaining. Lol grats to you though, I recently moved from 36D to 34D, great feeling.

Despite there being a giant bowl of candy at work, the only thing I have touched are those little packs of Twizzlers, had not eaten any Skittles, Twix, SNickers, etc...
