I'm always amazed when I see after pics that make someone look like they've never had a weight problem in their whole lives. Way to go! I wonder if you look so good now partly because you were active even before you lost weight? Just in case, I'll let it serve as a reminder to me to get out of the house and be active every chance I get, weight or no weight! :drinker:0

Thank you so much! You can do it if I can, it just takes time. I friended you so you can take a look at my food and exercise journal. I try to eat tons of veggies, lean protein like fish and tofu, fruits, and whole grains for the majority of my meals. That being said, I have a wicked sweet tooth and sometimes I eat too much chocolate... but I ALWAYS log it, even if I'm kind of embarrassed about it. What you eat in private you wear in public anyway, so why not share it?!
That's why working out is soooo important: to make the mistakes be not such a big deal!!
I also take a green tea supplement of 600 mg a day (or you could just drink 6 cups of green tea, but I don't have that dedication, who does)-- Walmart sells a cheap bottle for like $4. I can't believe I just advocated Walmart. But seriously, green tea has so many benefits, including ECGCs and it helps the body burn more fat. It's good for you AND it makes you skinny.
Also, take a multivitamin every morning. It gives me energy.
