Boob Jobs-

We all know Scooby-Doo is fake but we all still love him… Same thing for a nice rack. Maybe not admitted in public or when the wife or girlfriend can hear, but in private conversation I’ve never “never” heard a guy say “oh those boobs are so big and fake…. gross”

Just answer for the male population why don't you.......

For the record, I hate them. there.

I don't like big fake tits, I think they are gross. I'd rather a small real pair.

I've said many times in the company of friends that I don't find certain women with fake breasts attractive. Some women it really works for, some it REALLY doesn't.

Imagine when you are older, say 70+ your boobs will still be all perky & fake looking while the rest of you looks wrinkly. Much like this

I don't think I would ever get implants, I'm pretty content with my B cups. I do want a breast lift...which I suppose would be considered a "job" of sorts. My weight gain and loss and gain and loss has not been kind to my body.

So when all is said and done, I may look into getting a lift.

Do whatever you want but looking at your profile I've got to tell you that many women would love to have a body like yours.

Pushup bras can add a cup size or more at a fraction of the cost. I've always subscribed to a truth in advertising policy, so I can relate to feeling hesitant. But I've always thought boobs looked gross after surgery.
Besides, there are ways to dress to make being small work for you.

I'm of the personal opinion that if you want a boob job, get a boob job. If you want a breast reduction, get a breast reduction.

Once I'm done losing weight, I'll definitely consider it. The amount of time I spend a day staring at my chest and wishing it was at least proportionate to the rest of my body is kind of ridiculous. I wouldn't be doing it for someone else. I'd be doing it for me. So basically as long as someone's doing it for themselves and their happiness, it can't be a bad idea.

Once I get to my goal weight, if my boobs are ridiculously small ( which they probably will be ) I wouldn't mind getting a nice size B or small C implants. Boobs jobs aren't bad as long as they don't look really fake! Most girls who get them, go for the bigger the better and in my opinion that is gross.

I don't mind them looking fake, as long as they are at least well done. I love me some huge fake boobs.

Hi ok your 21, when I was 21 I was a B cup naturally very slim, similar to you. I had my daughter at 30 after breast feeding I now have DD cups. Just thought Id point that out that your still young and your body is still changing, its allways changing lol.

Anyway second point if you really want them and your miserable depressed and having social issues because of it, disscuss with your DR get prefessional advice.

3rd point is Im an RN and worked for 5 years in cosmetic surgery untill last year now back in the public system, in recovery/theartres. So we used to do about 4 boob jobs a week, first thing post op, you'll throw up a lot be in a lot of pain, more IV pain relief etc you will have bilateral drains that you have to carry around with you for a few days. Most of the cases returned for nipple realignment about 6-12 months later. It costs a lot of money and it is a serious operation with all the risks and pain that all operations entail. If you still really want it see your GP, and find a cosmetic surgeon with a great reputation, google them, research them.

4th point, a lot of those boobs we did have had a problem with the implanst(manufacturers fault) theres now a number of court cases going on but the company that made the implants has liquidated, and so the patient now if they want them removed, have to pay themselves or choose to live with the risk of rupture.

Also if you do decide to do it, Id advised not to do the nipple way you lose sensation and will be unable to breast feed. Go under the arm.

This is something I have considered for about 8 years now, and I am thinking about whether I should get serious.

Wife had a radical masectomy in 2001... 2002, had the breast reconstructed and the other altered to match.. we now call them BEAUTY and the BEAST...

I say, work with what you have... my wife HATES her breasts.

My 72-year-old mother got implants last Friday after a double mastectomy. She doesn't look like that, idiot.

Do what you want, it's your body. If you don't like it when it's done get them removed. Or go smaller.
Who cares what other's think? if it will boost your self esteem or confidence about being naked, being in a swimsuit, tops, or whatever go for it.

I would have gotten the surgery already if I could afford it. Mostly because as small as mine are, I don't care that much about the size as I do about how they look. I want to feel confident again, in that particular area, as well as be proportionate. If I can't afford to get the surgery by the time I'm 35 I doubt I will ever get it done.

I used to be strongly against breast augmentation, for many reasons... and I still think a woman should take a lot of time and put a lot of thought into the decision before getting the surgery. Research, know your surgeon, and make sure you do what's best for you if you do decide to go through with the surgery.

There is so much misinformation in here.

1. Most womens breasts stop growing in their late teens.
2. Some people can get nauseous from the anesthesia, which is why most surgeons will give you anti nausea med and require you to be on an empty stomach.
3. Most surgeons are against the use of drains, as it can increase the risk of infection. It is very uncommon for drains to be needed during a first time surgery.
4. If most the patients were coming back for nipple realignment, maybe you werent working for that great of a surgeon.
5. The implants you mentioned are PIP implants, made by a French manufacturer. The issue with these implants arose after they switched to a cheaper, lower grade silicone. They are no longer in use. (Go with Mentor or Natrelle implants)
6. About 15% of women will experience loss of sensation following surgery, the vast majority of them regaining it within a year.
7. That is just untrue that you cant breast feed after having a breast augmentation. Just straight false.

Just wanted to clear that up.

I've been thinking about this recently... I'm big (size 24ish) but even when I was smaller, around size 16, my boobs have always been huge... about an E cup. The first bra I ever bought was a C cup at 12 years old (definitely should've been wearing one earlier than that) so between that and the size of them, they've never really been "pert". Since I've lost about 12kgs I've already gone down a cup size - am now an overflowing D / DD, and I have a feeling that if I lose the amount of weight I hope to I'll end up with tube socks :laugh:

So in light of all of this I doubt I'd consider implants, but I'd definitely be open to a breast lift. Not sure if this is as much of a hot button issue as implants, but surely perkier, less pancakey boobs are better, yes? That being said, all the same negatives apply... it's costly, it's major surgery, it's vain.

At the end of the day I think if you want a boob job for YOU to feel more comfortable, then do it. If you want it because you think it would make you more attractive to others, perhaps reconsider.
