    My mom gave me hip hop abs as a gift. I didn't use it. But now that I see your results. Im adding it to my workouts too. Thanks :)

    I started Hip Hop Abs on September 3rd & finished October 31st!

    Beginning Weight; 200.2
    Measurements Before;
    Waist; 39
    Chest; 42
    Abductors; 45
    Arms; L 11 1/2 R 12
    Thighs; L 23 R 23 1/4
    Hips; 42
    L Calf; 15 1/2 R Calf; 15 1/2

    Weight Now; 184
    Measurements Now;
    Waist; 35 1/2
    Chest; 41
    Abductors; 40 1/4
    Arms; L 10 1/2 R 10 1/4
    Thighs; L 19 3/4 R 19 1/2
    Hips; 40
    L Calf; 14 1/4 R Calf; 15 1/4


    I am down a total of 16.2 lbs & 21 inches!!!!!

    MY GOAL WAS TO LOSE 15 LBS AND I PASSED MY GOAL I SET FOR MYSELF!YAY ME =D

    I am doing insanity now!!

    I did the same as i have since July.I only drink water 8-12 cups a day.Little to no sweets/junk food.Ate more fruit & salads.
