    Gonna hop in here :) I am sedentary so I'm not sure to include my walks to school? It's about 0.7 miles at a steep decline for half and a half-as-steep incline for 1/4 of it.

    Thank goodness presidential elections are only once every 4 years! There was so much delicious food at the election party, and I was up so late that I ended up going to the 7:30 kettlebell class instead of the 6:00 one. And I drove there! Tsk tsk. I might do some biking during lunch.
