    Putting a cored, beefsteak tomato under the broiler until soft. then stuffing it with cooked mixed veggies and cooked ground turkey, beef or sausage. Top with a little bit of gorgonzola and put back under the broiler to melt the cheese. Can put on a bed of lettuce or spinach with a bit of blue cheese dressing or cottage cheese. Have a side of berries.

    Raw cauliflower. Yum. I'll eat it alone or with any kind of tasty dip or hummus, mixed into salads, wherever I can get it. Also, I love cabbage instead of lettuce in salads.
