    OMG Beets! :love: How could I have forgotten you? Beets are magically delicious either shredded raw or steamed or roasted or lightly boiled and served with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. (I do not like them candied or pickled though.)

    gluten-free hummus is usually around 35 calories for two tablespoons

    Spinach salad with poppyseed dressing, strawberries, and almonds

    egg/banana/peanut butter "pancakes" (my secret weapon against bread cravings)

    seaweed salad with vinegar (literally can eat pounds, so effing delicious)

    cottage cheese. cottage cheese. COTTAGE CHEESE.

    Sun dried fruit (especially dried figs, dried apricots and dried pineapple and dried dates)
    Grilled halloumi cheese.

  • Roasted veggies that are lightly salted with just a little olive oil. Yumm. I could make a whole meal out of them. Fresh tomatoes from the garden picked when perfectly ripe. I also loooooove Peeled Snacks dried Mango. Broiled fish, chicken, I could go on and on.

    broccoli. I used to hate it as a kid. Then, my dad bribed me to eat a piece with cheese for $.50. I like it now. Now, I love it plain. I eat it almost everyday. I could eat it everyday with every meal and not get sick of it.

    I love rolled oats (oat meal) with frozen berries and natural yogurt.

    The trick is allow the oats to cool down I don't cook them just add boiled water but not too much.
    Then add the frozen berries and yogurt it is like having desert for breakfast but much healthier.

    Low GI and high anti-oxidant for a very small price.

    Steak x 1000. Any decent cut cooked rare and I'm a happy camper. Add white potatoes and chocolate milk then it's my perfect meal.

    my friends tell me I wierd but I love raw cabbage with a little salt on it. It is what I eat when i am craving salty chips!
