Roasted veggies that are lightly salted with just a little olive oil. Yumm. I could make a whole meal out of them. Fresh tomatoes from the garden picked when perfectly ripe. I also loooooove Peeled Snacks dried Mango. Broiled fish, chicken, I could go on and on.0

broccoli. I used to hate it as a kid. Then, my dad bribed me to eat a piece with cheese for $.50. I like it now. Now, I love it plain. I eat it almost everyday. I could eat it everyday with every meal and not get sick of it.0

I love rolled oats (oat meal) with frozen berries and natural yogurt.
The trick is allow the oats to cool down I don't cook them just add boiled water but not too much.
Then add the frozen berries and yogurt it is like having desert for breakfast but much healthier.
Low GI and high anti-oxidant for a very small price.0 -
Steak x 1000. Any decent cut cooked rare and I'm a happy camper. Add white potatoes and chocolate milk then it's my perfect meal.0

Broccoli stems (once you've cut off the florets, peel away the outer layer of the stem- it comes away easily- and eat the soft, sweet, slightly nutty inside)
Unfortunately my two daughters also love it so I always have to share.0 -

Whole grain pasta. I've never liked the rather soft texture of spaghetti. I like food that I can really sink my teeth into.
Except angel-hair pasta. Capellini. I've never found a whole-grain version, and I don't think it would really work - I mean, it's supposed to be delicate, right?0 -
Chobani pineapple Greek yogurt
Hummus with cucumbers
Peanut butter with baby carrots
Red bell peppers<<< Something I've recently found I love
Roasted asparagus
Grilled corn on the cob
I could seriously go on forever...
Everything here minus carrots.
Add spinach, avocado, grill chicken, almonds, eggs, and broccoli.0
