I am small framed. Even now people look at me and say "you're not fat" -_- my body likes to store fat in the hips, thighs and *kitten*.. yay. >.> I can't buy pants.
I would LOVE to be less than 140 (still want to stay in the healthy range), but 140 seemed reasonable and reachable. It is more or less the ideal weight for someone in my height range.0 -

My CW is 162lbs and at the moment, my CUGW is 154lbs. My UGW has been changing though when I reach it and then decide actually, I'm still not where I'd like to be haha. So, my secret UGW is 147lbs but I'm quite broad shouldered and far from petite so we'll see how that goes. Having started a couple of years ago around 220lbs, I'm already receiving comments about looking unhealthy/anorexic etc. Frustrating! :mad:0

when I started mfp in 2009 I weigh 184 currently at 148.8 working towards 135 but focusing on fitness so its a bit slower for me...oh I do like to eat.0

GW 55kg /121 lbs although I could easily carry off 54kg / 119 lbs.
I am very small framed and finely boned and have been between 52kg - 55kg most of my adult life. At 61kg/134ish lbs I was too heavy. My doctor and I agree that a weight of between 53-55kg is good on my frame. If I am carrying more weight than this it affects my knees (joints are more susceptible to arthritis having had Ross River Virus) and my plantar ligaments in one foot.0 -

my weight goal is 170lbs even when i was 190 at the beginning of the year everyone thought i was much less than that ..probably due to the muscle i have that i look more compact0

UGW: Well, my thing is my fat percentage. I am at 18.9% body fat, meaning 25 pounds on me are fat. So i would like to lose 5 of those so my fat weight is only 20 pounds.. because of the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, I'm not sure what my weight will be at that point. i was 170,now at 139. Goal is 130, but feel really good at this weight & have lost a bit of motivation to keep loosing. As long as i exercise & eat moderately, i've been maintaining my weight w.o any issues. I hate the thought of loosing more lbs & having to follow a strict diet to maintain ya know? Any one in the same boat?0

Do you mind me asking how much all of you weighs? Your *kitten* and legs look exactly like mine, but I still have a significant lower belly food baby looking pooch even though my upper torso has lost so much fat my ribs are visible. Not loving this look on me.0 -
Oh what fun! I'm always curious what people my height weigh. Two of my best friends are also 5'7" - one weighs 120 and looks amazing and the other weighs 150 and also looks amazing.

Ideally, I'd love to be 135 but I figure I've got to take my pounds where I can get them first... I was 125 when I started college (had just run a marathon) and four years later, I have a hard time believing that was ever possible!0 -
My goal weight right now is 140. Sitting at around 146 right now. I'm going to see how I feel at 140 and decide if I want to go for the extra 5 but right now I'm thinking 140 will be good for me. I'm trying to get rid of my pooch from 2 c-sections, not even sure it can be done.0

I was hoping you were a lot lower than I am right now. This gives me hope that I can lose the belly and still maintain some of my *kitten* (if not my boobs, because that would just be too good to be true). You look great by the way! I would be very happy to look like you when the dust (fat?) settles.0 -
