I am 5'8 but going to chime in! I agree that with our height it is going to differ what weight we want to be at. I was SHOCKED at 164 to find out per my BMI that I had crossed into "overweight"!!! I knew I was big for ME but to be "overweight"??

    Anyway:
    SW: 164
    CW: 157
GW: 149 -I want the scale to be below 150 lol
I would love to be at 145.

I started at 163, I am now between 129-133 I fluctuate but I also don't weigh myself that often. I was 129 at last weigh in. I was at 133 in May and a size 6. I was at 133 again in October and was a size 3. I am now to the point where 3's are a bit baggy but I'm still close to the same weight. I think strength training and overall toning plays a big part more than a magic scale number. So my point is NSV play a BIG part for me.

I'll see what I feel like then. My daughter is 157 ish and just a bit shorter than me. She could realistically loose 10-15 lbs so I going with how she looks I just choose 160 as a starting point and couldn't bear to think I had more than 100 lbs to loose. It was a head thing at the time. I didn't think I could do. I was hoping to be 1/2 way this morning when I weighed in but missed it by a little. So NEXT week I'll be there and start the down hill slide yeaaaa!

Hi! Love this thread. I'm just barely over 5'7" and I weigh 172:huh: I started at 189 just over a year ago. My ultimate goal weight is around 145'ish.
I was 135 when I married my dh at 18 but I think I wouldn't look very good at that weight now. That was SUPER skinny for me (looking back at pics...I didn't realize it at the time b/c I had always been thin) and since I've had 4 babies now....my fat all accumulates around the waist. :(

I feel like I look alright at 140 but still a bit chunky around arms and thighs. I'd like to look skinny/slim and I think 126 is a healthy weight, but will see what I look/feel like as I lose!

UGW is the lowest weight I've ever been without looking sick and like someone is secretly starving me! Anything below that, not good. Honestly, right now people can't say enough about how I look, but I want the fluffy tummy-butt-and-thighs from having three babies tightened up.

So I'd stop now, if I were tighter and a bit cut.......but I'm not. So on we go!

And thanks ladies for posting. It's good to have company, and interesting to see how the same height doesn't always translate to the same weight appearance.

    Good luck!

    UGW- 135-140

I can't seem to lose any weight. Every time I try, I gain the same 10-12 pounds and lose them over and over again. I would LOVE to be in a size 8.

I'm happiest at 135-140 but am around 145 right now and that's still not too bad. GW is 135.

Goal weight is 120(like in my picture, I was the same height then so I don't think it would look too thin)
