About a year ago I would just add heaps of mayo, but those days are long gone lol! So, any suggestions on what to add to make it tasty & creamy? TIA!

I use low fat Italian salad dressing or a little olive oil with basalmic vinegar and some spices0

GREEK YOGURT! Soooooo good and sooooo healthy! I like to add dill to mine too0
-
I put some hard boiled eggs and a little relish with mine.0

2 tablespoons of miracle whip free to a can of tuna. It's only 15 cals a tablespoon, and you'll find that you don't need as much mayo as you think u do lol0

I use lemon juice and greek yogurt.0

Tuna, capers, lemon juice, chopped purple onions, salt, pepper, 1 hard boiled egg, chopped parsley and a spoonful of Créme Fraiche. Blend in blender. EAT.0

And skip the Créme Fraiche if you really want it to be very low fat and low calorie. But the taste and texture won't be the same - for me, 50 calories are just not worth it to lose food quality.0

I'm getting hungry just reading all these great suggestions!0

Plain greek yogurt is a great substitute for Mayo0

Mustard...not the yellow kind, either honey mustard or grey pupon.0

I always put a little relish and light ranch in mine. Yum.0

Olive oil mayo is very light in cals and carbs. I also add dill (or sweet/Splenda ) pickle relish, celery, cayenne red pepper, mustard- yum, sounds like lunch0

Avocado, plain greek yogurt, and relish0

i keep a couple of the 80 cal tuna packs in my desk and douse them in taco bell hot sauce! yum!0
-
little scoop of light mayo.....its like 40 cals0

I gotsta have mayo with my tuna, it's non-negotiable to me, haha. Except now I use olive oil mayo and only half a tablespoon instead of 2 or 3.
Although sometimes I'll make chicken salad and use an avocado instead of mayo. Not exactly low cal/fat, but tasty and still healthy.0 -
I mix it with homemade pico de gallo sometimes...it's an awesome combination!0
