    I guess I've already met the 5 lbs. but as I'm already working on a goal of 2 lbs a week, we will see if I can meet my goal of 158!

    I'm thankful for my new-found motivation to finally work towards a dream goal that I used to not think possible (but now I do). 120 lbs, here I come!

    I'm thankful that I am a stubborn woman that won't give up no matter what. B/c despite losing nothing so far this month; I am just working harder. I am eating between 50-75% raw; some days are better than others. Trying to keep dairy out and meat to a minimum. I still have time....there's still 2 more weigh ins (okay so 5 lbs might not be possible, but I'll take any). Oh and I've picked up another neighborhood walker; so M-W-Fs at noon with one neighbor and T-Th's at 6pm with another...just an added benie :smile:

    I havent been under 120 pounds since middle school and im 21 right now! Its gonna feel so good especially cause I'm 5'3" and very petite - really small bone structure etc

    Our group is doing great! We have 6 members of the group that have already conquered the 5 pound challenge but they are not stopping now. The leader of our group is mayfieldsgirl! She has lost an amazing 9.6 pounds as of yesterday's weigh-in. Excellent job! Quite a few others are very close to meeting the 5 pound challenge and should make it at the Thanksgiving Day weigh-in before they eat there turkey day dinner. We all need to really push to get it off before next Thursday's weigh-in. I know I am staying on plan, drinking lots of water and doing my first 5 k race tomorrow morning so I can make the 5 pound mark by next week. Won't you all join me in kicking that fat to the curb?
