Hey 5'7" Ladies

I am 5'8 but going to chime in! I agree that with our height it is going to differ what weight we want to be at. I was SHOCKED at 164 to find out per my BMI that I had crossed into "overweight"!!! I knew I was big for ME but to be "overweight"??
Anyway:
SW: 164
CW: 157
GW: 149 -I want the scale to be below 150 lol
I would love to be at 145.
I could have written this myself! Although I'm 5'7" those are pretty much my stats exactly! My SW was 165, lowest I've been on this journey is 151. I thought my GW would be 140 but I'd give anything to break that 150 mark. I'm currently at 154 after gaining weight again over the summer :sad:0 -
What's your CW and your UGW?
My CW is 163.6 and my UGW is around 135-140 pounds, depending on how i look:)
I'm aiming for about 150 but if I like how I look before I reach that then I'll stop losing weight but continue exercising, if I don't like it then I'll keep going till I'm happy.
I don't want to go by the number of the scales as much as how happy I feel0 -

hey 5'7 ladies! Well, I am just under 5'8 but can I post here?
I am currently at 230.2, started just under 250 two months ago and my goal weight is 180. which everyone thinks that is a high number but I have a large frame with large breasts. also, my dr always says that she is convinced that I am made of concrete! LOL she cannot believe that my weight matches the way I look (I guess its a good thing). Anywho, I remember weighting 180 and feeling and looking amazing. I want to be there again. My goal is not to be a model or a size 2, it is to be healthy and happy and I think I can do that at 180!0 -
opps, double post...sorry0

Just started (again).
SW: 181.6
CW: 179.8
1st Goal: 160
UGW: 135-1400 -
SW:200
CW:195
GW:155
I have a curvy body-read: boobs and butt-and don't want to lose that. I feel that for my age 155 is doable.0 -
SW: 253 ( post Pregnancy)
CW:195
GW:1600 -
CW 132
UGW: Well, my thing is my fat percentage. I am at 18.9% body fat, meaning 25 pounds on me are fat. So i would like to lose 5 of those so my fat weight is only 20 pounds.. because of the fact that muscle weighs more than fat, I'm not sure what my weight will be at that point. Add me if yo uwant so we can support each other!!
Muscle doesn't weigh more than fat, it has a different volume. 5 lbs is 5 lbs, 5 lbs of fat will just take up much more room on your bod than 5 lbs of muscle.0 -
SW: 175 something. I was probably higher at some point but that was a dark time and I didn't step on the scale that much!
CW: 140
UGW: 135-140. While I'd like to dip into the 135 range (a weight I haven't seen since October of my first yr of college- I gained the freshman 15 damn quickly!), I've been able to maintain 140 for the last month and a half. I'm tired of yo-yoing, so even though seeing 135 on the scale would be fabulous, I'm content to stay here- at the very least until the holiday season is over!!0
