5kgs (11 pounds) is my ideal goal. But as long as I keep losing weight up to the holiday period and don't put on any, I'll be happy.0

I would love to lose 12 but that just isn't going to happen. Lol. Honestly I'm going to shoot for 6 and see where that takes me. I'm going to set my goal to have 12 gone by Valentine's Day. If that's the case, my hubby will be a lucky man indeed!0

I want to lose 20 pounds by January 1st. I realize that is a lot but I have a lot to lose. I am just starting to journal my food, and beverage intake. I need to start to exercise. Six weeks is a perfect amount of time to lose roughly 3% body fat, at least for me. Already off to a good start having gone to the gym and pounded some weights this morning.0
