    My heart on my sleeve.....
my face turns red if I am flustered, embarrassed, mad, or even happy.... Everything and every thought is shown in my face and body language.

I deal with my stress and emotions really well. So I try and be positive all the time. I am great at comforting myself so I figure why not be a comfort to others. I am an emotional guy. I am not afraid to cry... I do so when watching Its a Wonderful Life every year :)

I'm excellent at masking my true emotions when I need to (like at work), but I never do it at home with my family.

I hide my emotions very good unless I tell someone they would never know anything

I try, but my eyes give it away every time. They change color to match whatever I'm feeling. But, I'm also pretty emotional so you can usually tell anyway. :flowerforyou:

I'm better about hiding them now than I was when I was younger. But it depends on what the emotion is. Anger, disbelief, irritation, etc. I can mask well. Sadness or embarrassment is harder to hide. Especially if I'm feeling emotional (fortunately not too often - I have a personal pet peeve about crying in front of other people).

I try to keep my hearts in jars, in order of acquisition. Keeps them fresh.

So *you're* the reason Christina Perri is so depressed.

Is there a difference between experiencing your emotions openly and the excessive drama of weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth? I'm open about my emotions but unless you know me well, you're unlikely to observe much outward display.

I do not wear anyone's heart on my sleeve, but I have the liver of a homeless guy that was sleeping in my shed in the freezer right now.

There are very few people in my life that ever see any sort of emotion from me. Once I let someone inside the crazy little bubble that is my world it is impossible for me to not be 100% open with them.

I wear my heart on my sleeve for sure. Whether I'm happy or angry, or irritated you can tell by my tone of voice and my facial expressions.
