Great ideas! My current favorite is fresh stawberries, a tablespoon or two honey and a pinch or two of herbs de provence. I mix up the night before, for breakfast the next day.

really really good with bananas! If I'm craving something sweet I'll sweeten it with stevia and add cocoa powder to taste (usually about 2 sifted tablespoons) and add strawberries if I have them- it's a sweet enough treat that I feel like I'm having froyo. I can't stand 0% though, BLECH! I prefer 2%, tastes AMAZINGLY better! Fage is the best brand IMO

Any kind of fruit from apples to pineapples, nuts, raisins or other dried fruit and granola. Spices like cinnamon or dill and honey. You can do a veggie one too. Any thing you do with sour cream, you can use this. Why not add some Parmesan cheese over apples.

I love adding chia seeds and a little sweetener or some mixed berries. The chia seeds swell up if you put them in a few hours before hand. I really like the texture and they are super good for you

I mix these into my yogurt on any given day:

    - ripe bananas or other fresh fruit that you can first mash with a fork
    - protein powder (if you're already using one you like)
    - canned fruit (in fruit juice, not heavy syrup)
    - granola
    - throw it in a smoothie: frozen berries, protein powder, splash of milk
    - a tablespoon of low sugar jam/ jelly/ preserves
    - a tbsp of chocolate syrup

If it's unsweetened, unflavored, you can use it in lieu of sour cream...

I'll also use either mango-orange juice or yogurt instead of milk in my cereal. I prefer it this way, actually. :)

    fruit and cinnamon

it's also good straight on a baked potato or mixed w a little salad dressing to make a creamy-style dressing

Mainly just a banana as I like the bitter taste of the yoghurt. But I am now tempted to try it with cinnamon and maybe nutmeg.

    My spoon.

I like the zip. What's wrong with just plain? Lots of zip.

Sometimes it's nice with some rolled oats n fresh berries.

8 oz. lowfat or nonfat cream cheese, softened
8 oz. plain greek yogurt (I use 0% fat)
    3 tbsp orange juice
    1 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp sugar/stevia blend
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tbsp orange zest

Blend it all together, and toss it with strawberries and blueberries, or other fruit of your choice. Delicious!

I like to make it savory with homemade ranch seasoning (Garlic and onion powder, dill, parsley, salt and pepper) and then eat it with celery or carrots or whatever veg.

I like to use NuNaturals brand liquid stevia (not a fake sweetener but an herb), Madagascar vanilla extract or vanilla beans w/berries, pineapples, or any type of fruit you might like. Another old quick fix was to add preserves like all fruit. Oh yeah I forgot nature's path granola
