I'm 5'5 with a goal of 120. I was 220 1 yr ago. I used to be 115 and it was a perfect weight for me. I'm older now so hovering around 120-125 is what I'm shooting for. I'm currently weigh in at 144.0

I'm 5'4 WAS 165 then went to 124 and looked grossly skinny-fat.. I like muscle...

I love the pictures in this thread! Thank you for posting. I am 5'3", and my goal is 125-130 pounds. I am nowhere near that so I can't post any motivating pictures YET, but I will someday!0

I'm 5'3.5" I had gotten up to 173....thankfully I don't own any of those pictures. For the past 5 years I've fluctuated between 112-132. I am currently 121 and working on lowering my BF% which is about 24% right now. I'd like to get that down to about 18-19%. I'm not sure what my body will look like with a new more muscular and leaner composition but I feel like I look my best at about 115-118 lbs. I'm working on eating at TDEE-15%, lifting heavy at least 3x week and doing some cardio because I enjoy it.0

My metabolism is super slow as well. I am 5'4 and am trying to at a minimum make it to 145. So I have 75 as of right now. Have already lost 12.0

5'4", I would be happy at 130 to 125. In high school running track I was 118-120. When I started this summer (before getting on here) my weight was almost 160. When I started here, it was 150. I am currently about 142. 135 by New Years would be great!0

I am 5'2.5" currently at 153 my goal is around 120
My highest weight was at around 220 when I got out of college, dropped down to 188 before I found MFP.
Now I am down to 153 but hit a plateau. Still have 30ish lbs I want gone. Feel free to add me!0 -
I'm 5' 2" and started at 171lbs 2.5 years ago, my initial goal was 140 but now it is 126, 5lbs to go. Much lower than this and I think I will look ill, as i'm getting on a bit now )) Turned 40 in April.

I'm 5'2. Goal weight of 120...or whenever my love handles go away. Started at 175, got down to 130, then gained some over the past couple of months, so now I am 138...getting serious about it agian. No cheating for me. Add me if you'd like.0

This is a very interesting and thought provoking thread to me. I'm a petite 5'3" CW 107. GW 100-105. Looking at all these pix of you gorgeous ladies at 115-125 and wondering if my goal is good. I like that lean/ athletic look but many of you have that at much higher weights than I am. I am currently about 19% BF and looking to go to 15-16%. Been lifting heavy for about a year, and while I have gained muscle and strength for sure, I can't imagine I could ever gain 5-10 more pounds of muscle. I think maybe it just wouldn't work on my frame? IDK...

It really just depends on your body composition. I'm always baffled by posts on here that say that someone is my height/weight and two jeans size smaller than me. Everyone is so different. 120 is good for me at 5'2 and super petite because I like to be a little bit soft. I could go down to 105 and still not be "too thin", I think.0 -
I have wondered the same thing ----5'3" and currently 133.5 and look very flabby and horrible nothing in my closet fits. When I am 105- 110 I look thin and everything fits. I am very petite. This time I am seriously working out and have started weights in hopes to tone up. I just don't get how some at my height and weight look completely thin.0

I have noticed many of the pictures have petite boned woman.
At 5'3 and 120 (when I was active), I wore a size 7 in pants. I am quite big boned for my height haha.0
