MY FRIEND WANTS TO EAT UNHEALTHY WITH ME

Options
So, tonight My friend and I (who I haven't hung out with in a while) want to hangout. We wanted to go out to eat but he decided on dessert, like we go out for ice cream. I JUST got back into eating healthy and exercising. Tuesdays are not my fat days. Where should we go/ what should I get? HELP!

Uhh, have some ice cream. Make it small and make it fit your macros.

Why does ice cream = fat?

You have to eat some of you favorite foods in order to succeed in weight loss too, just watch your portion size.

I'm confused by this post ...

    What are "fat days"?
Why can't you eat ice cream?

Have some ice cream. Just work it into your calories for the day. :)

See if he'll make do with some whipped cream and handcuffs.

This is brilliant. If my guy asked me to do this, I'd give him an enthusiastic yes, but only if he chokes me too.

    WINNING!!!

Try exercising some willpower. Unless your friend is force-feeding you said ice-cream, it's within your power to say no if you don't want to eat it.

Get some Skinny Cow ice cream and eat it at home! or get some frozen yogurt! That would be a great dessert!

He doesn't sound like much of a friend. Perhaps he's actually an enemy spy?

(P.S. I was not being serious. I would like you to go have ice cream now, and then don't post about it afterwards with guilt, just smile and enjoy your ice cream).

I think you can safely eat a bit of icecream with your friend and make today an exception. Besides if you do go over your calories you can just workout a bit extra tomorrow to make up for it

^This. OP, if you are, don't worry--it'll come out so fast your body won't have time to process the calories.

I second this. If he is a good friend he wont force you to do anything you don't want to.
