Green Protein Smoothie
1/2 C almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 sliced banana
2 C baby spinach
2 C crushed ice
Mix all in blender- YUMMY!
This is pretty much what I do too, only I use 1 tbsp PB2 to shave 50 calories off.
Where can you get PB2? I have never seen it0 -

How about a plant based protein drink! Most of these have whey protein, we do not need that much protein! Do the research, any excess protein gets converted to sugar and stored as fat!
3 raw kale leaves
1/4 cup raw spinach
1/2 banana
1 small green apple
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup raw almonds
1 small piece of raw ginger
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 medium sized cucumber
fresh lemon squeezed juice
water or coconut water0 -

1/4 cup canned pears
4 tablespoons of exaporated milk
6 ice cubes

I use no flavor protein powder so I can add whatever natural flavor I want. My current favorite is this:
1 scoop protein powder
3 Tbsp Pb2
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 small banana
1 tsp raw honey
1 cup almond coconut milk
Ice blended until smooth
Yum. It tastes like a chocolate shake.0 -
