I don't feel like listing all the stuff- so I'll just tell you the clever one, thanks to one of my MFP friends.

I keep a little bottle of peppermint oil in my bag and put a very small dab under my nose before working out. It keeps me from smelling other people. It's awesome!

hahaha.....oh wait...do you workout at my gym?

Here is an interesting question, what do you keep in your gym bag?

    I usually always have:

    New Balance MT310
    New Balance MT10
    2 pair of headphones
    Pair of flip flops
    2 headbands
    Patella band
    Knee sleeve
    Arm band for cell phone
    Lock
    Band-aids
    Deodarant
    Extra pair of socks
And of course my cloths for that day

Do you keep anything strange in your gym bag?

    ^^^
This looks like a running bag.

    My gym bag has:
10MM lever belt - no more bruising my ribs
    bag of chalk - grip
FAT GRIPZ - makes everything harder
wrist wraps - makes CG bench hurt less
lifting straps - allows for overload on heavy pulling
log book - document success and opportunities to improve
    Gold Bond - obvious
    heavy bands - speed work
    B12
    Advil
    and a can of whoopass

I thought I was the only one that still used pen & paper for my lifting!

I recommend lifting heavier, unless it's a whole lot of paper.

I hear 10 lb reams of paper are pretty heavy. They're probably like 15 lbs or more

My gym itself is what's in my "gym bag." I carry a small durable nylon drawstring bag in my backpack whenever I plan on leaving the house for more than a few hours at a time because the way I see it the world is my gym and I don't like attaching a schedule to my workouts. In my "gym in a bag" (the nylon drawstring bag) you will find: A suspension trainer, my Polar HRM chest strap+transmitter, a jump rope, a change of workout clothes, a tub of pre-workout mix (I always carry my shaker cup as a water bottle anyway), and a small towel. If the mood strikes me I will find a place that has an overhead point to attach the suspension trainer, an elevated platform of some sort to use as a plyo box (could be a park bench), and a place to change, and get to work.

What's a SUSPENSION TRAINER? I have an idea you rig it from a tree branch and do - I don't know - pullups, core work? Please tell.
