I'm now a senior in college majoring in marketing. Like a lot of people here, I played sports throughout high school, but a lot of activity haulted when i went to college. I didn't get the freshman 15, actually my weight gain was more of the sophomore 15. Went to college at 140, now I'm at about 151, been as high as 156. I actually played college basketball last year, & it was so frustrating to work out every day & actualy gain weight because i would justify my workouts as excuses to binge eat. Now I'm not playing this year & back to a low activity lifestyle but still eating as if I was still playing a college sport. First days of months are a great new start to a new lifestyle as I try to decrease my food intake & increase my exercise this december. I'm so ready to lose this weight & feel comfortable in my own skin. Looking for friends for support! Add me!0

Hello!
I'm 21. Full-time University Student studying in England though originally from the Philippines. I've always sort of been overweight (though according to my BMI I'm obese) and I've decided after 21 years to properly give losing weight and getting healthier a proper go. Lost 11lbs with MFP and I'm totally committed to losing more!

I'm 22 and just graduated in May, also a former athlete. It's amazing how much you gain once you stop playing sports! I swear I lost weight my Freshman/Sophomore year when I was playing lacrosse every day, and gained more than my fair share of the freshman 15 my junior/senior years.
Definitely feel free to add me. I need some friends who are active on MFP. It's not very motivating to see "blahblahblah hasn't logged in for 3 weeks" all over my news feed!0 -

I'm 23 and in my fifth year at University, with one more semester for student teaching to go! I'm studying music education and voice performance in opera, and am also a retired athlete. Going full time at University and holding two jobs at any point throughout school has been a problem in trying to stay fit. I'm aiming for a goal weight of 145lbs, so a loss of 65lbs by the end of it. No time frame, however.
Feel free to add me!0 -

Hi,
I'm 20 years old and I have put on 15 pounds since the start of college. It is hard for me to eat utterly healthy because I work part- time (close to full time) and I am a double major in mass communications and public health. I am always on the go and love love a sweet snack. I also has a boyfriend that loves to eat and I love to pick at his food. Over the summer when I finally got a job and moved in on my own i've gained 10 pounds. i'm currently 160 -159ish and I am looking to lose 20 pounds. I'm very ,very unhappy with where I am at currently ,but just can't seem to stop binging.0 -
