    OMG YOU CAN DO IT! I am 5'7 and this January I weighed 165! I was recovering from a torn ligament in my groin and then I broke my arm. LOL. I was out of commission for 6 months but I got up and lost that weight in Feb. 5 weeks, 10lbs, 2 inches ;-) Now I weigh 135 which is what I weighed in high school.

    Stay motivated and ENJOY the journey ;-)

    I'm 5'8 and currently 159 lbs. I used to be 130 in 2009 and my goal for the end of the year is to be 150 (healthy goal i think). I ultimately would like to be 140. It's really hard to stay motivated and I keep getting on and off diets and exercise and hoping that I can get some motivation to stay on this time!

    5ft8 and plateauing at 152 at the moment. I was like 160 during the beginning of summer. Started getting serious about weight loss in late July. I want to get down to 145, then see if I can get down to 135.

    5' 8" and 168. I've gone up 4 pounds since joining MFP in June. :( I'm down, but I'm not out.

    I've been told to eat 1500 calories ... what are you all eating to lose? I could really use some guidance and hope to get inspired further from you all!!

    I am 172cm (5'7"), 6 months ago my weight was 73kg (160lb) I now weigh 62kg (136lb) and have maintained around this weight for 3 months by playing netball 2 x week, running 4-6kms 1 x week, walking 3-5kms 1 x week and Jillian Michaels DVD 3 x week. My daily calorie goal is 1800ish.

    Please add me!! I'm 5'8" started at 165 and the lowest I got down to us 155 but it fluctuates between 155-158. My goal is 140-145. I need help getting below 150!! Support would be great :) even meal ideas etc too.

    I am 5'8"-5'9" and last time I checked I weighed 154.4 lbs. My lowest weight was 122, but that was also when I was 16. My goal weight it 130-135 lbs! My starting weight was 173.
