I'm 5'4 my goal weight is to be 130 but I would settle for 140. I am in a size 30 (I wear silvers and miss me's so the sizes are different but I believe that equals to a 8-10 size in other jeans)0

I am 5' 3.5" and I currently weigh 162.5 and i wear a 10 (snug) in slacks and a 13 in Junior jeans. I am very hippy and have big legs. My goal is 145. And for my 10s to be loose. However I have been as heavy as 198 and wore a 14/16 and as small as 143 and wore a 10. I would never get any smaller than a 8 due to my hips, they wont allow it! :-)0

im 80kgs now but would love to get down to 60kgs and a dress size 10. I dont really want to be really skinny as i love my curves, but wouldnt mind being a little less 'curvy' than i am now haha.0

have no idea what jeans size id be but im five four and 185 right now and im gunnign for 146 min because then id be in the "normal" weight class for my BMI. after that id liek to wiggle down into the 130s and stay there.0

I'm 5'3 and currently 138lbs, and I wear a size 4/5 in jeans. Ideally, I'd love to be in the 118/120lb range but overall I just want to lose inches!! And maybe fit into my old size 1/3 jeans :-)
I really don't have too much self esteem issues about my weight at all, I just have a really small frame and I'd like to tighten up and look better!0 -

I'd like to weigh between 115-140lbs (i'm 5'3). I'm pretty sure that would put me between a 4P and a 10P.0

I'm 5'3" and my current goal is 125. Right now I'm at 144ish and in a size 6, granted I have no hips to speak of. I'd eventually like to have a fairly flat stomach (at least one that doesn't jiggle quite so much) and I think with my body shape a 4 is obtainable - maybe even a 2.0

I was down to 123 in January of this year and I *had* thought that was what I wanted. But it wasn't (I didn't feel 'thin'). I started lifting heavy and hard, went up to 135 lbs with a bf of 19.2%. My goal isn't to be skinny- it's to be super athletic and fit. My goal weight now is 130 because at 130 I'll have a bf% of 16%- but i can't get there by starving myself because 130 can be 130 of flab or 130 of awesome. I need to work hard to keep the muscle and eat to feed my muscle.
After 2.5 years on a calorie deficit, it's definitely a different game for me now!0 -

The smallest I've ever been is a size 2, weight ~130, maybe 128 lbs. I can't get any smaller than that without being unhealthy.
Right now I'm about 138ish, size 4.. gonna try and get back to my goal of 1300 -
I'm 5'3 (barely) and look best around 115 or lower. Haven't been that since high school though, although it's really just due to laziness on my part. Got up to about 135 in college and it was NOT good. I have a small frame (ruler shaped) and my weight goes straight to my gut.
Currently am about 123, but my body usually hovers around 127 if I'm not actively watching what I'm eating or exercising. Would really like to get down to 115, but we'll see how motivated I am. Current pant size is 2-4 and top size is S. That's like Gap/J. Crew vanity sizing though...0 -
im about 5'4, currently at 180lbs. My first goal is 150 (its where i was 3 years ago and it wasnt too bad, size 12 then and medium shirts made me pretty happy). Once I hit that I'll try for 130, but i'm not going to beat myself up if i cant get that low.0

Its hard to say each person is built differently. I currently weigh 165 and wear a size 10, and I'm 5'3. I was perfectly content at 145 wearing a size 8, I have a large bone structure and anything smaller than that would make me look like I'm sick.0

Ideal weight ideally is when you feel comfortable in your body! I am 5'4" just reached my goal of 110. Body fat of 22 percent. I am 49 years old and have never felt so alive in my life! 2 years ago I was 143 and felt awful. My goal is to be fit, trim and eat a super nutrient dense diet. I am 5'4, 137... depending on the brand my size is a 5-7.... Once I get to like 130ish I can be a 3-5 comfortably. I can't really get below 130 (my goal) though or else I become a skeleton (Especialy in my face).0

140 ish. im pretty "blessed' (or cursed) up top so it kinda throws my weight off. My doc said a woman my height should be 110-120 I laughed at her0
