"White" stuff - rice, breads, potatoes. Just the smell of freshly baked rolls makes me gain 5 pounds!0

Nilla wafers and chips. I've been only eating chips like once a month which has been really good, and when I do eat them, they're baked. But I'm still struggling with the Nilla habit.0
