    Hi all,

    This thread is so motivating! Below are:

    Start weight - 238lbs (108.2kg)

    I have since lost another 14lbs, but need to take more photos. Still want to lose another 19lbs to get healthy, and ultimately get down to 154lbs (70kg)

    Can you give us specs on what you did and time frame? I currently look like your 1st pic. Going on 1 month on MFP and insanity workouts. Just starting.
