Ok everyone.......for those that were in the last challenge and for the new ones about to start........At the request of others, i'm opening a new challenge......so many of us took the March challenge of 10lbs off by the end of the month....well how about we continue with another 10lbs off by the end of April...........Everyone in?? If so, then LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!!!

Thanks for starting a new thread!! I'm in...I lost 4 in the first challenge, so hopefully I can lose 5-8 in the month of April...I will just post what I weigh in at when I weigh myself on Fridays...Thanks again!!0

Ok, well hello hello to all..........ok, as far as ground rules, there isn't any, the only thing I ask, is be honest with yourself...Starting April 1st........weigh yourself, mark it down, and start your challenge.........no need to post anything else unless of course you want to...........I will be here all month offering encouragement as will others... Feeling down, wanting to quit, or even if you just want to run screaming from the room or gym, and need to vent........yep, u guessed it, thats what we are here for.....Even if you want tips on how everyone is losing the weight, thats what this thread is all about....My March challenge was a huge success and we were there for each other.........so......next Thursday we will start the April challenge and say goodbye to another 10 pounds........We can do this!!! :drinker:0
