I've made these, but they are usually done in 25-30 minutes. I think 45 minutes (at least in my oven) would make them too dry. I usually spray the tops of them with a little 0-calorie cooking spray so they crisp up nicely.0

You can also use crushed corn flakes. I even add shredded parmesan to the corn flakes, along with some spices. They turn out really good. I actually prefer corn flakes to panko.0

I pretty much did this last night with pork chops except i used egg whites to wet the meat, then baked for an hour until done. YUMMO!! Actually, I didnt use any parmesan cheese as I used parmesan and herb panko from Kroger.0
