< Me. This whole shabbang became a lot more fun when I focussed on being the best version of myself rather than trying to imitate someone else.0

What inspires me is the feeling after a kick *kitten* workout when you are drenched in sweat thinking "I destroyed that workout!"0

I can recall my dad getting off from work everyday and going to the local park to run 4-6 miles per day. And he was consistently running like this until his knees gave up on him while he was in his early 60's. I see him as a role model and also love running and doing other types of exercises. Celebrities are good inspirations but the people who are closest to me inspire me even more.0

My daughters, especially my oldest. Both my daughters are very conscious of the need for proper diet and exercise, but the older is the one person in my life that likes to talk about fitness and nutrition as much as I which I greatly appreciate. I also have a cousin that is a gymnastics instructior/personal trainer/marathon runner/Beachbody coach who is always sharing inspiration via her FB site.0

I think Jessica Biel has the best bod ever. Perfect butt and arms. I know I will never look like that, so she isn't really my inspiration or anything.
I just workout because I have grown addicted to it over the years. I have struggled with body image for so long that I have finally decided that my body will be the way it's supposed to be if I just eat right (trying) and exercise.0 -
My wife, Jamie2007. She's my inspiration. Because no one is as dedicated as her. And my motivation. Because she keeps me on my toes.0

The changing me and my family is my inspiration. I know that changes do not happen over night, but I am fighting the fat and I will NOT let it win!0

CAMILLE LEBLANC-BAZINET.
Interestingly enough, she and I have almost the same exact body. (Except in recent years her upper body has become much more developed than mine...) She can do muscle-ups like a champ!0 -
My kids...I want to be around to watch them grow up...go to college...get married. I also want to enjoy retirement someday...travel the world, etc; pretty hard to do if you're in a nursing home or hospital or just this side of being sick. When I get there, looking good will just be gravy!0

Ernestine Shephard. Seriously. At 74 years old she is a bikini competitor and significantly more healthy than most of the people my age.
