    When I was 18, my hair was so long that it was below my waist and I had to gather my hair out of the way to sit down without sitting on it. (Now I can't stand to have my hair longer than 3/4 inch or so).

    When I was 19, I was out with a friend at a club. We ran into another friend who was with a few people we didn't know. They were drinking and asked me for a ride to a party. I said no because I was tired and didn't want to deal with a bunch of drunk people. He said no problem, they'd find a ride. His friend drove them. The 2 I didn't know died that night in a crash and he broke his neck and every bone in his leg.
