I am 5 ft 10', 40 years old, and I've lost about 40 lbs over the last 6 1/2 months.
This one was taken about 3 weeks ago.
40!!??? You don't even look like you're in your 30's! You look great!0 -
bump
i am 5ft 10, will look at this later0 -
I find it really interesting that at least a few of the girls who have posted in this thread so far have "after" weights that are higher than my "before" weight, but they look so fabulous! The girls who have said that they're in the 180s, I would never have been able to tell. And they're not the only ones - I've seen other girls on MFP who are tall, 180-190 and they look like supermodels. Why is this? Is it "body frame"? Amount of muscle? I did NOT look as good at 175 as these beautiful ladies who are 180! Or is my scale just busted?
I completely agree with you- I was thinking the same. I'm 5ft11 and currently 168 and still don't look as slim and healthy as the ladies that are 180!0 -
I'm 5'10. I started at around 165 in the before and I'm about 155 in the after, you can definitely see a difference. I hope to be around 135.

Sorry, can't post photos from my phone! I am 5'10", and 55 years old. My family started on MFP in March of 2012. We have all (husband, son, and myself) all had success. I lost 80 lbs. so far, with 20 more to go. I feel great! I went from a size 22 jeans, and 3x tops to size 12 jeans and XL tops!0

Bump- I'm 6'1" and would like to see some after shots.
I'm aiming for under 200 by Jan- ultimate goal is 180.
well except for i'm 5'8.5 .. not 6'1....0 -
I am not 5'11 but I am 5'8 1/2... I've been up and down with the same 8 lbs, but this is what 8 lbs loss looked like... I think that I was toning muscle just as much as I was burning fat because now I can feel muscles in places that I had no idea were there (ABS, THIGHS, ETC...) I hope that this picture serves as proof that EVERY SINGLE LB lost counts!

I'm 5'11" I started at 274 and am currently 183, so a total of 91 lost. I'd eventually like to get down to 160, but I'm focusing on making it to my 100pound mark for now!
