Eric Clapton's - Tears in Heaven.
Doesn't make me emotional; per se... But when I hear it, I'm reminded of the tragedy that occured for him to write it (His 4 year old son's death). And that's pretty sad. It would be awefull to have that happen.
Have to agree with this.
For me, not very well known songs, but "I'll be true to you" and "St James' Infirmary" when sung by a blues singer called Kent Duchaine, or "Heaven's Lands" by Andrew White.0 -

right now during Christmas "Silent Night" and "O Holy Night" do because they were my Mom's favorite songs, she past away in August so hearing them now just brings the tears.
Otherwise the songs about 9-11 always make me cry, Alan Jackson "Where were you that September Day" and few others,
and the National Anthem always puts a lump in my throat, especially if someone sings it and they can hit that high note...0 -
Music by John Barry (the composer, not the singer)
Last night, we all watched 'Meet Me in St. Louis' for the first time. Judy Garland singing 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' was pretty touching. Ummm... my eyes were tired. I wasn't getting misty-eyed. Honest.0 -
