Cinnamon and pecans with a little vanilla or agave syrup
Sugar free jam
Skinnytaste.com has this awesome breakfast creme brulee recipe
Put a teaspoon of your favorite jam in the bottom of a small ramekin. Then put in 6-8oz of plain yogurt. Top with truvia or stevia and place under the broiler for 5 minutes. Let cool for one minute and enjoy. Under 200 calories, full of protein and tastes like a dessert!0 -

I started out just going for it and eating it plain, after the first few mouthfuls it was fine. I'm now 100% used to and I actually like it plain now :-)0
-
Good ol' regular sugar (just a little) and frozen mixed berries (thawed).0
-
I eat it with fruit and truvia--not sure if you consider that artificial or not, its made from stevia.0

Just last night I made a tzatziki sauce out of my FF Greek yogurt!
Diced cucumbers, minced onion, garlic, lemon juice and a little salt and pepper....It goes great with chicken meatballs or with spicy quinoa or couscous!
Mixed with a little chocolate protein and PB2 is excellent also
And my buffalo dip for carrots and celery is
FF Greek yogurt, Frank's RedHot, some garlic powder, a Tablespoon of low fat blue cheese crumbles, and a Tablespoon of real bacon bits0 -

I'm probably the weird one...I have to get some fruit frozen here in a AK, but I heat it in the microwave stir and add the plain yogurt. That's it. It has that nice warm/cold mix. My breakfast almost every day.0
-
I mix flavored protein powder with mine and sometimes frozen blueberries...can't eat it plain.0
-
Skip the plain greek yogurt and opt for this.

I've tried substituting 0% fat Greek yogurt for sour cream in my cooking and it curdles as soon as it gets hot. Some of you have mentioned that you cook with it. What am I doing wrong?0

Nice ideas! Will try the tzatziki, the banana, and a few others0

I was looking for a more savory approach w/ greek yogurt. I tried cucumber slices, dill, vinegar, garlic (of course), chopped onion, and salt/pepper. It was very good. A lot of indian dishes use yogurt. Had an idea w/ something like yogurt, curry powder, garlic (of course), chopped onion, shredded chicken breasts, and maybe some soy or something,0

I had the same curdle issue, but I think you are supposed to temper it. I think you heat the yogurt then add it into the dish. Havent tried this but yogurt cheese is not the most pleasant experience.0 -

OOO buffalo dip thats a great idea!0 -
I actually use it in place of any recipe or food item that is complimented with sour cream. Use regular greek yogurt instead of sour cream in something like chicken taco's or salsa mix, it's excellent.0

honey, walnut or pecan pieces, berries, peaches, agave nectar, fruit preserves, granola... possibilities are pretty endless.
Also sometimes i cut a peach in half, put it under the broiler for a little bit, fill in the center with 0% greek yogurt, then drizzle with honey or agave and some cinnamon. yum. also works with apples.0 -
Xylitol / Xyla natural sweetener (our own bodies even produces this) is the best! get rid of your table sugar.. you won't notice the difference in taste and you will reap the rewards !0

This one I MUST try!! yum!!0 -
I don't like the taste of it.... but I love the Danone Greek yogurt with honey.
BUT..... lots more sugar and carbs...
So I got some standard regular Greek yogurt and added some Walden's farm calorie free pancake syrup
IT'S THE BOMB!!!!!!! taste pretty much the same and nothing to add to the count0
