I also want to add that another reason why my work outs are long, is b/c i've chosen to have about 5-7 "cheat" days/month, in which for that 1 day, i can eat whatever i want (so i am in an extreme surplus of calories on those days). if you dont do this, or you do it less frequently, you wouldn't have to do as much cardio (& again, the cardio really is only about 40 mins/a day if you break it up into 7 days).

lifting weights is the most important though. weights & circuit training are a lot more fun than plain cardio....

Whohitsangie: Thank you! I wish I had a great story but I really don't. I just started truly exercising this week, and I would rather lick slugs than do cardio. I've been going to yoga once a week for a couple of months, and I breastfeed the youngest of the three. We homeschool so I'm always busy I suppose! I eat 2000+ cals per day and it isn't always clean but I am working on it :) I guess genetics is all I can thank for now. One day I'll have a good story!!

I am just under 5' 3", closer to 5' 2 1/2". I started out at about 225 lbs. and lost about 60 or 65 just over 3 years ago with the help of MFP. I started MFP again about 4 months ago and am down about 35 since then. I have about 12 or 13 lbs. to reach my weight goal and more toning to reach my body fat goal. I'm still very much a work in progress. I originally wore up to a size 18/20. This time around at about 163 lbs. and 4 months ago I was wearing a 12/14. Now I wear a size 2/4.

I really don't have pics from my heaviest because I tried to avoid being in pictures at any cost back then. The first pic I posted on here is from 4 months ago when I weighed approximately 163 lbs. I only log my weight 1X/week and my measurements much less than that, but I'm currently down to around 127 lbs. and I've lost many inches. Here's the progression. Excuse the headless pics, had a bad hair day in one pic so started consistently cropping. I know the ladies will understand, lol.

Here I am 4 months ago at 163 lbs:

A bit less, maybe high 150's:

Taken the other day at about 128 lbs:
