I am 5'4. I started MFP weighing 154 lbs and my goal is 125 lbs. I now weigh 131 lbs and I'm thinking about changing my goal down to 120 lbs. I was wondering what the goal weight is for other women of similar height. Please share your goal weight. Also, feel free to add me as a friend.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Wow amazing job! I am 5'4 and back when I was an athlete in college my perfect weight was 125lbs. I was lifting weights regularly as well so I had the right amount of lean muscle, not too bulky. You probably have to see what feels right for you. Either way 120 or 125, you are in great shape!0

I'm 5'4 and I started MFP at 200 lbs and my goal is 160 lbs. I'm at 174 lbs now and thinking about changing my goal to 145 lbs.0

I'm 5'4"" and started my journey at 160 after having my daughter almost 4 months ago. I have a tentative weight goal of just 145, but would be happier at 135.0

I am 5'5. I currently weight 208 pounds. I have a sub goal of 170, then an overall goal of 140.0

I'm 5'4" and 123 lbs. I started at 156 and my goal was 125, but when I got there I decided to change my goal to 115.0

120-5 pounds0

I started at about 150 and I am now around 135 having been on a plato for 3 weeks! My ultimate goal is 125 with low bodyfat but I will probably be happy at 130 with some more muscle tone...0

I'm 5'5"....I'm 52 yrs old though, so probably won't get as low as you girls, I'm worried I'll look drawn and haggard. I started at 190lbs, am now 149lbs...and am aiming for 138lbs. But if I look drawn before that, I'll stop, and if I get away with losing a couple more pounds then I will.0

I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 238. My goal is 150-160.
When I was a freshman in high school and played
volleyball and softball,I never got below 155.
I would love to be a size 12/13 again.
It's my ultimate goal.
And I felt wonderful being that size.0 -
I am 5'5" and my first goal was 144 because that is what I weighed before and after having my daughter 25 years ago. Now that I am pretty well there (144.8) I am aiming for 135 and I will see what I look like at that weight. My lowest was 127 back when I was only 20. Being 54 now, that was a long time ago!0

I'm 5'3 almost 5'4, my goal is 118-120lbs if I think about weight, but really my goal is 16-18% body fat, so I don't focus on the scale. There is only a 5lb difference in the two pictures in my profile pictures, I just happened to clean up my diet and lower my body fat %. I could weigh 150lbs as long as I have the shape and the body fat % that I want. However I would like to be under 125, I currently hover around 1300

my goal weight is about 135-138. Back in high school I wanted to weight 115-120, but I learned that most guys don't really find sticks attractive, so I adjusted to a healthier weight.0

Thank you for sharing girls. Right now I feel like I could easily lose another 10 lbs down to 120lbs. 125 is not that far away and I don't think I will be happy there. Last time I lost a lot of weight, I went down to 115 lbs and I think it was too low for me, but then I was on a diet where I was starving all the time. Now, I have been losing the weight in a healthier way, 1-2 lbs per week and haven't been starving. My ultimate goal this time around is to keep the weight off for good and I think mfp will make that much easier for me. Anyway, I will see how I feel at 125 and 120 and go from there. Thanks for all the input.0

I'm 5'4 1/2" currently at 132. My goal is 118. I lift weights 3 - 4 times per week and have decent lean muscle, just think the few extra pounds would take some off the tummy and booty.0

i am 5'4" 45 years old. My goal is 135, i will be thin but still have curves. I might go to 130, but anything less than 130 and i start looking unhealthy and sucked up.0

My starting weight was 280lbs, I currently weigh about 168lbs, and my goal weight is about 130lbs (give or take 5lbs). I cannot believe that I am less then 40lbs away now. The last time I even weighed in the 160s was when I was 20, nearly 15 years ago.0

I'm 5'4" and started MFP this past March at 152. I'm at 122 now (up from 120.5 last week), and my goal is 120. I think I could probably go a few pounds lower without looking too gaunt, but I really would rather just get in a bit better/tighter shape than I am right now. I'm almost 49, with a 2 1/2-year-old daughter, and I was right at 200 lbs when I had her (I was 146 when I got pregnant with her). I got down to 153 within three weeks after her birth, then plateaued for a couple of years.0

This. I started at 152lbs currently 140lbs and below that I don't care as long as my BF% drops from its current 30% to 20% and my waist goes back below 28". At that point I'll look at how I look, how the weightlifting has paid off, and be curious about what the scales say.
MFP is set to 120lbs GW, because that's what I was last time my waist measurement was right. I just haven't bothered to update it now my goals have changed, because I don't know what to update it to!0 -
5'4.75" 121lbs, goal of 112-113, then going on a bulk. I'm not concerned with my weight, but I have a BF% of 25 or so which is high considering my height & weight. My goal is 17%, so I'm going down as far as I can weight wise to lower my BF as much as can before having to go on a bulk. I got a long road ahead of me. I think 120-125 is good weight if u don't get unlucky & have high BF% like me. I'm the definition of skinny fat right now.0

hey im 5'5 and my goal weight is 48 to 50 so I am still working on it,what is urs?0
-
I'm 5'5" and my SW was 189.9 pounds, currently i'm 186.6 and my GW is around 132 pounds. I had a professional tell me not that long ago that your GW should be a number that is going to be "easy" to maintain once you achieve it. I'm also working on lowering my BF.0

I'm 5'4". My original goal weight was 135 but now I'm at 131. I don't think I'll be losing any more weight but I do plan to start weight training more seriously to work on body composition because I'm still not thrilled with my thighs/butt. I can see my ribs and hip bones and I think losing more weight will just make me look sickly.0

I'm 5'5 and currently 135lbs my goal is 110 - 125 but mainly to be fit and feel healthy0

i am 5'4, my starting weight was about 150 and my goal was 130, but I changed it to 120 and thats where im at now..i have found thats my body's happy weight0

I think age plays a factor, so take it for what it's worth. I'm 45 years old, and I started MFP at a whopping 210 pounds. That was actually kind of light for where I was. I'm at 178.8 today, and headed toward my goal weight of 125. That puts me right in the middle of the "healthy weight" category. According to MFP, I should be there by next September. I used to be 5'5"; however, at the last physical, I am now 5'4". Talk about the "incredible shrinking woman . . ."::happy:0

Well I joined MFP at 198lbs (I'm 5ft4) and have gotten to my first goal of 168lbs (which was were I was at as a teenager). Now I am looking at 136lbs. I'm more concerned with holding onto what lean muscle mass I have then low numbers on the scale and as I continue to loose will be looking into lifting heavy to help my body do just that. Good luck to everyone on their journey's0
