Thanks in advance for any helpful tips/advice I get out of your post

1. Muscle is the key in building a lean physique and in maintaining figure
2. Heavy weight lifting will not make you bulky
3. Eating very low calories results in more muscle loss than fat which is the ultimate cause of rebound weight gain
4. Fat will not turn into muscle (and vice versa). These are two completely different cells
5. Long workouts aren't necessary, the focus should be on the intensity
