Who's Working Out on Christmas?

            I did an easy 5 mile zone 2 run early this morning. I'm cooking a 17 pound prime rib, if I feel bored later I may jump on the bicycle trainer for an hour or two.0

            I'm going to eat and work out like its a regular day. My cheat day is new yrs eve with friends, I only have 6 more days so I have to really push it!:)0

            I'm going to kick it to Just Dance 4 with my girls...workout and fun at the same time!0

            I went for a walk with my DD. It is -2 here, but the wind is very light so it wasn't too bad. Going was into the light wind, and mostly uphill, so coming back was easier. It is a sunny beautiful Christmas morning. Now I will begin our Christmas dinner.0

            I'll be getting in some hardcore recovery reps...0

            I'm working the fork plate-to-mouth exercise today.0

            Chilling out this morning, slept in and just taking it easy. I will do an easy 10 mile run this afternoon and some stretching.0

            Workout done!! Now to enjoy the rest of my day!!0

            I will be doing nothing more then playing Just Dance 4 with my family..hey, counts for something!0

            Today I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike, 10 minutes with weights, and a brisk 60 minute walk. x0

            And we did it, first thing the dogs and I went for a 10km run followed by 20mins stregth training, now off to use my nieces as arm weights :laugh:

            I'm going out for a walk very shortly. Four miles if it's cold, two miles if it's very cold.
I ended up changing my route and it was 3.3 miles as it was icy on most of my usual roads.0 - 
            I pushed play for 95 minutes and burned 726 calories by doing Asylum vol 1 strength and Insanity Fast & Furious!!0

            Finished 60 minutes on the elliptical after opening presents this morning. Then it's off to my brothers for family fun & ( hopefully reasonable) food.0

            I am going to go on a hike, a new and healthier tradition for my family. Then I shall come home and gorge myself.

            I ran 2.5 miles today but I ate terribly yesterday I needed this.0

Whew! So my 1000 calories I had for breakfast doesn't sound so bad! I should run, but after that meal, not sure I can move!A foot of snow coming on Boxing Day. I'll save my workout for that, with a little cardio thrown in to boot.
On Christmas Day, however, I plan on eating about 5,000 calories and enjoying the company of family and friends. The gym can have the other 364 days.0 - 
            *raises hand* Meeee!!!!!! Got in a good hour long workout this morning. Insanity Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs with 20 minutes of weight training :-). Merry Christmas everyone!0

            I had originally said no, but some time opened between work and family Christmas epic mealtime adventure and will add in a 30 min workout

            5 mile run after the kids opened gifts. Beautiful warm morning in the southern Appalachians. It felt great.0

            Just finished a 3.2 mile run and a 30 min. cool down and stretch. Now I can eat a nice Xmas dinner!0
