Lets see... Corn flakes, just plain ol' corny flakes, usually the $2 box at Wal-fart since they are so cheap...
2% milk OR Almond milk (sweetened)
Eggs, always eating eggs, either scrambled, hard boiled, or mixed into something!
2% cheese, usually shredded but some times sliced.
 Farina
Simply Jif, creamy, but I want crunchy... The husband eats it more than I do though so creamy is what we buy
Plain ol' bread, usually wheat, but 99% of the time it's whatever costs about 79 cents a loaf
 hot air popcorn.
 Blue bonnet lite
Canned tuna, in oil... It has the same calories and tastes better than tuna in water
Bacon, usually Great Value's Low Sodium bacon
Some kind of meat for meals that week... Could be chicken, pork, bison, beef, fish, or some combination of these.
I stock up on canned fruits and veggies (lite and salt free, respectively) whenever we are low or out of them. Fresh fruit and veggies don't last long in this house... I think I just forget they are there and they rot... unless they are potatoes, we eat those up!!0

Lean steak like top sirloin, lean hamburger 90/10, filet mignon (yep), chicken tenderloins, turkey, bacon, salmon, tilapia, bluegill, crappie, sweet potatoes, greens, red, yellow & orange bell peppers, carrots, grape tomatoes, green beans, mushrooms, sweet onions, garlic, lemons, whole grain old fashioned oats, frozen strawberries & blueberries, oranges, apples, almonds, pecans, bananas, silk light choc soymilk, eggs, frozen Palermo margharita pizza. It's a cheese pizza with diced tomatoes and herbs (high in sodium but it's a regular sized pizza and half of it only has 390 calories) I add tons of bell peppers and mushrooms to it. Great Value southwest spicy mustard, Healthy Life wheat bread (35 cals per slice and it's good), greek yogurt, olive oil, broccoli and tons of veggies and herbs I grow all summer. All of the above is what helped me lose 40lbs from January - May. 0 0
