    Hello, I started my journey back in March 2012 but really started getting more serious in June. I'm down 45 lbs. I'm 5'4” and Started at 200 lbs. My first UGW is 145, then after is 135. So I have about 20 lbs to go.

    WOW!!! You guys all look great...thank you so much for sharing. I'm 5'4" and the 13 lbs I've lost is the most weight I've lost in, um....forever.

    However, I've gotten a little lazy and distracted lately. You know, not tracking food, sporadic exercise, etc., so naturally my weight loss flatlined. I told myself I was okay with the progess I'd made and, even though I haven't reached goal, didn't need to lose any more.

    But in true competitive female fashion :bigsmile: after seeing these pictures, you ladies have me wanting to push a bit more.

    I'm still working, but looking back three years ago, it feels so nice to have started this journey :)

    Before: Oct 2009 I don't even know how heavy I was, I'm not sure I want to know.
