- Cliff bars (quick breakfast I eat half on the way to work and the other half 2 hours before work ends)

- Hummus
- Coconut milk based yogurts
- Olive oil + coconut oil
- Ezekial bread + tortillas + buns
- Tofurky brats (beer brat flavored yum)
..... I know there's more but that's all I can think of!
P.S I am a vegetarian so I don't have any meat on my list so I can't really give you any tips on what meats to go for, sorry!0
