I am 5 foot 3. I didn't weigh myself at the peak of my obesity but when I joined mfp I was 203 pounds. I am now 126 pounds and I'm still 5 foot 3.

looking fantastic! whats ur calorie intake/exercise routine?
Thank you
I've just been using mfp's calorie recommendations - so 1200 a day.
I exercise 4 - 5 days a week. I've started training for a half marathon (booked into the Berlin one in April) so have been running 2 - 3 times a week since September. The other days I do different types of exercise - I go to the gym, swimming or horse riding.0 -
Amazing!!! Wow!!!! Great job and congrats!!!0
-
Thanks for reminding us that it can be done - with beautiful results!0
