Done! Day 1 of 28 Day Barre 3 Challenge - 40 minutes of Body Shaper. Will do 30 minute brisk walk later today.0

Seeing as ive taken 3mths off counting calories and training due to personal reasons (and luckily didnt gain any more weight) im starting back tomorrow morning... Doing a bit of circuit training at the kickboxing club.0

I hope to and lift. The lifting will definitely happen. My hubby woke up sick so he can not watch the kids. I may have to do Turbo Fire instead.0

I just finished a 22 minute workout on my mountain climber treadmill. Got my heart rate up to 163..Average heart rate was 137..0

I did a 10K run in Hyde Park and knocked 3 minutes off my previous pb.
I finally got under an hour at 59.16 and that's not feeling 100% with a cold.

Maintenance weights and then 110-125 miles on bike with 5-6K feet of climbing....0

Zumba, tonight after my son is in bed. I'm going to get back on track and start off with 3 days a week then gradually get to 5 days a week. Excited though, I know Zumba has missed me as much as Ive miss him.0

Deadlifts. Lots of deadlifts. I have to wait til tomorrow due to my gym being closed.0

I did squats this morning and I plan on spinning in a few minutes for an hour. then maybe 100 jump ropes and some weights!! It will be a good day.0

First heavy lift workout of the year. Upper body. Various pulldowns, bicep concentration, butterflies, military and bench presses. On days I am not going to the office, I pick a movie I want to watch and work out until the movie is done. This morning's selection: The Chronicles of Narna: Prince Caspian.0

I'm taking it easy today- yoga and some strength training, and playing outside in the snow with my 11 mo daughter.0

I will be doing 30 mins of strength, and then a good 30 mins of running. Hoping to get in at least 2 1/2 miles. Then maybe later I will do an hour on the wii fit.0
