    portion size
    paleo diet mostly (i live in Montana and basically make all my own food-fresh veggies, venison, fruit)
    gluten free
    high protein
    low carb
    also it's always good to get blood tests, especially if you have a family history of obesity, thyroid, etc.
    i changed all my hobbies to 'active' hobbies:) joined adult sport leagues:)
