    Sorry everyone that I didn't post this yesterday. Our heater decided to stop working so I had to go stay else where due to cold temps. I will post all the details as soon as I get back to a computer later today.

    I just started this thing yesterday! I want to lose a total of 10kgs (22lbs) ish by May (when I am going to the USA and desperately want to make the most of the food out there!!!!)
