    That's fabulous! I'm so pleased for you.....your pics have prompted my hubby to start looking at getting us a crosstrainer. Some exercise to go with our change in diet. :) You're very inspirational x

    You look awesome!!! I can't WAIT to put up my before and after pics. I look at my before pics almost daily to remind myself how far I've come. I think everyone should do it, it is so motivating especially when you want to eat more than you should and you don't want to workout.

    I always find stories such as your a great source of inspiration. I put my success down to people like yourself, as seeing your before and after pictures makes you realise weight loss is more than possible if you want it badly enough.
