    - Almond milk and soy milk
    - Earth Balance
    - Veggie Burgers (Amys is the best)
    - Organic fruits / veggies all types
    - Almonds
    - Cliff bars (quick breakfast I eat half on the way to work and the other half 2 hours before work ends)
    - Tofu
    - Hummus
    - Coconut milk based yogurts
    - Olive oil + coconut oil
    - Ezekial bread + tortillas + buns
    - Tofurky brats (beer brat flavored yum)


    ..... I know there's more but that's all I can think of!


    P.S I am a vegetarian so I don't have any meat on my list so I can't really give you any tips on what meats to go for, sorry!
  • i don't know if you would count this as a food but definitely any type of hot unsweetened tea!! I'm obsessed! If I need to sweeten it, I use honey.. Also I am in love with egg beaters! You can have a good amount of eggs for a small amount of calories. I love adobo seasoning!!! It has no calories and it gives me a ton of flavor so i don't have to use those tempting condiments..i just use it sparingly to watch my sodium intake:)

    I eat a pretty wide variety of fruits and vegetables but the ones always on hand are apples, oranges, bananas, berries, cucumber, broccoli, lima beans.

    Other staples include oatmeal, peanuts, eggs, beans.

    Other than those, it really varies!
