    Ok, first time posting and I feel really silly... But I'm going to do it anyway! Not sure if I'm doing the photo embedding right or not...

    5'9"
    Work full time with 4 kids, and a 2 1/2 hour commute each way (2 times a week)... Had to MAKE time to work out for ME!!!

    Before = around 180
    During = around 167
    Goal = 150ish

    Picture on the left, pushing about 270lbs (280lbs was my highest). Picture on the right, weighing in at 165lbs. Still want to lose 35lbs more to meet my goal.

    So this is only a face comparison as I don't have really any full body comparisons. Now that I am under 200, I want to take progress shots every week or two.

    I've posted my results/before and during before as well, but it never hurts (and it really helps to keep me motivated to keep pushing) so here goes:

    ETA: several apologies: Sorry for the messiness, the dirty mirror, and the size of the pics!

    Wow, that is a fantastic result! Especially in such a short time! Can I ask what your strength training program was??? Thanks x
