You can find good deals on nutrition bars on Amazon.com; Also CVS and Walgreens have sales on them all the time.
Try the Oatmeal and Cranberry Powerbars, which are great and only 130 calories each.

Do you have the nutrition facts on them? How many calories, fat, sugar, and protein per bar? I know it depends upon the exact ingredients, but I wanted to get a ball park figure. Thanks!

hello everyone. these sound great and easy to make. i will be trying them for sure. i carry clif bars with me, the crunch kind at work b/c they are quick to snack on. i'm a nurse in the GI clinic so i need something in between the scopes to munch on. thanks for the recipe.

    My jaw is hanging open....

I haven't tried clif bars bc they are so expensive, but love granola bars!

Thanks for the recipe! We have a peanut allergy in the family, so I am going to try these today with soy butter! Sounds great!
