I have just started today 7th January 2012 in my weight loss mission :-) last year i lost 12.7kg in 30 days but it must of been too fast because i am worse off now as i have put on the weight plus some!! :-( I am an endomorph and always looking for advice etc from similar body typed people. I am looking to promote lean muscle tissue to burn body fat. I am currently doing a low carb diet and my eating habits have really changed for the better, I am also doing cv at home and planks also lifting dumbbells at the gym :-) Hit me with a friend request if you want to witness a 'FAT to FIT story' im gonna smash this!!!!!!!!!
Take care everyone

Wow wasn't expecting a lot of people from UK/Scotland Cheers for all the reply's guys :-) Keep an eye on me and give me that kick up the behind if i need it lol i would like to hear of all the dieting and excercise routines of others as it will inspire me to try different things! Im not one for cardio but i know as an endo i have got to include this to my routine and i usually do interval training either at the gym or at home as i feel it burns more fat without losing muscle.0
