                    I am always looking for new ideas for lunch.  I had a fit and active chocolate shake and hot &spicy cheez its.
What did you have? Or for those not yet close to lunch yet, what are you going to have? :drinker:

            I just finished my lunch.. A whole wheat tortilla with ham, romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, onion, cucumber, old cheddar cheese, and honey mustard, and an oz of raw almonds on the side.0

            I had a turkey, cheddar, and spinach sandwich with lays light chips and a cuties orange.0
 - 
            An Amy's Indian Samosa Wrap. I was in a hurry and had to grab something easy from the freezer on the way out the door.0

            Turkey chili loaded with bell peppers, onions, beans, and mushrooms!!!! O and Veggie straws!0

            Cottage Cheese and Yogurt0

            I'm having a salad with homemade chicken finger pieces and raspberry vinagrette dressing, unsweetened applesauce, tea and lots of water.0

            High in carbs, but once in a while it's okay:
Lentil Soup (leftovers from dinner)
Baked Sweet Potato sprinkled with cinnamon
Very different than my usual salad.....0 - 
            I had bean & veggie salad, red peppers,carrots and a yellow apple. :happy:0

            i had a ham and mayo sandwich on wheat bread and a mini york peppermint patty0

            Veggie Burger, Granny Smith Apple, Raw celery, carrots and green peppers with homemade ranch dip.0

            I just had dinner leftovers...stuffed pepper (made with ground turkey, quinoa & no cheese) & mashed cauliflower.0

            Grilled turkey on foldit with smear of laughing cow cheese, peppers and pico. Grilled on my new mini foreman grill I leave at work. LOVE IT!!! Side salad (made up this weekend in mason jars all ready to go! love piniterest) and a kiwi. Can't wait!!!0

            I forgot my tuna for my salad so instead of eating my bacon for breakfast I am having a BLT Salad for lunch instead!0

            Healthy grilled cheese and Progresso Steak and Russet Potato Soup... 365~ or so calories. and I'm full.0

            I had a left over shake and bake chicken breast, raw green bell pepper and cucumber dipped in southwest ranch.0

            cup of turkey chili, 1 oz egg noodles, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, lettuce, 1tbsp dressing, 2tbsp sour cream (for the chili) :bigsmile:
afternoon snack, coming up at 2: grapes, mint dark chocolate dry-roasted almonds, & special K pastry crisps0 - 
            I had leftover dinner from last night.. stuffed eggplant with tomatoes, fennel, onions, garlic, cinnamon, cumin, tumeric and crushed coriander seeds. Yummy
  and 2 mandarin oranges for dessert with black tea.                        0 - 
            Apples & cinnamon Oatmeal and Green Bell Pepper Strips with Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese

            Pork Loin Chops, steamed sweet peas and Macaroni and Cheese.0

            Had leftover vegetable beef stew and one slice of Healthy Life Wheat bread to sop it up.0

            I had a turkey sandwich on wheat with dijon mustard, miracle whip, lettuce, tomato and onion. 1 Chobani pomegrante yogurt. 1 pack of Nabisco oreo thins. 2 small oranges. 1 bottle of water.0

            Skinnytaste Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps...so GOOD!0

            I made a cous cous with roasted vegetables and salad, with a few chargrilled prawns.
My first time eating prawns!0 - 
            Campbells Tomato Bisque soup at hand with 25 mini pretzels and a wedge of laughing cow light swiss it was delish and I am full and at goal after I have dinner tonight!0
